One of the big drivers behind me starting to workout and improve my fitness level was being able to keep up with my crazy kids.
I sometimes forget though, that this is what its really all about. I love pushing myself to do more, I love to sweat, and that post workout high, but, in the end, my kids just want me to pick them up and dance (Holy workout Batman!) and I’m brought back down to reality.
My kids don’t care that I gain energy and strength through exercise, they just care that I’m their mom.
