Hey everyone! Just wanted to drop in and share a quick, easy, and tasty recipe with you that you can seriously whip up in about 20 minutes!
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can black beans (low sodium)
1 15 oz can kidney beans (low sodium)
Spices (I never measure my spices so add yours to taste)
Sea salt, pepper, chili lime seasoning (I get mine at Trader Joes), and smoked paprika.
Brown turkey in a large skillet adding salt and pepper, and paprika to taste. While it is browning, rinse both types of beans and mix together in bowl.
When turkey is browned all the way through, turn stove to simmer and add beans, tomato sauce and chili lime seasoning to taste.
Serve with a yummy green salad or add some sautéed veggies on top.
