Pumpkin Smoothie

My pumpkin smoothie perfect for after a run or other long workout:-1/2 cup pumpkin purée

-1 cup almond milk

-1 scoop vanilla protein (pea/rice blend)

-1/2 of a frozen banana

-1/2 of an avocado

-pumpkin pie spice blend to taste

-a dash of sea salt

-water to desired consistency 

Blend in blender and enjoy immediately.
