Choco/coco post workout shake.

I have been having a really hard time with all the Halloween candy in the house and have given in to temptation more than a few times. Ugh. I knew it was time to create a morning shake that would cut all my cravings and so I through this together (with some Pinterest inspiration of course) and it was not only tasty but it kept me full for 5 hours with zero cravings for a anything else! Definitely going to try this one post run later in the week. 


1 1/2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 avocado

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Add water to desired thickness, this one is especially good to drink like a thick milkshake.
