Coconut blueberry smoothie.


Post workout smoothie today after my 5k.
– 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

– 1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk (from the can)

-1 cup almond milk

– 1/2 frozen banana

– 1/2 avocado

– 1 cup spinach

– water to desired thickness 
blend and enjoy immediately
