I created this combo because there was a sale on blackberries at our grocery store and we ended up getting a few containers of them. The addition of the cucumber to this smoothie gives it a refreshing taste and the avocado give it an amazing creaminess.
1 cup coconut milk
1/2-1 cup water
2 cups spinach (I use fresh and then freeze in individual serving bags)
1 cup sliced cucumber with skin
1 cup fresh (or frozen) blackberries
1 cup avocado
1 tbsp. coconut oil (in liquid state)
1 scoop protein powder (I use MRM veggie elite in French Vanilla)
Blend all ingredients together, pour into a big glass, and enjoy.
