Power beet smoothie! 

This smoothie contains 3 cups of veggies and loads of healthy fats!  It’s so huge it’s practically two meals in one!  

1 cooked beet (peeled)

2 cups frozen spinach

1 cup cucumber cut into spears 

1 small avocado (or half of a large one)

1 scoop of protein of your choice (preferably non flavored)

1 cup almond milk (or other non dairy milk)

1/4 cup lite coconut milk

1 tbsp coconut oil 

Water to the thickness of your liking
