A turn for the blog? And a delicious egg bowl.

As you know, I’m not quite sure what to do with this blog. I wasn’t to stay consistent with posting and I think the best way to do that is by sharing my meals. So here is my first share, two scrambled eggs and green Swiss chard with ghee and salt, topped with Primal Kitchen’s chipotle lime mayo and some avocado . This mayo is out of this world and I can’t wait to try it on everything. So far I have had it with this dish and also added to a spinach salad, a great add on when you need a little more healthy fat on your plate. 

Maybe I’ll post some more food tomorrow? We shall see.
