What my morning beverage looks like. 

I gave up drinking coffee on a daily basis about 3 weeks ago. It was making me jittery and effecting my workouts for the worse, I ended up feeling very light headed while lifting weights which is not a good feeling.

Because of this I switched over to black tea and I’m loving it. It took me a day or two to get used to (of course) but now I enjoy it. 

Every morning I make a high fat tea latte which consists of two tablespoons of organic/grass-fed heavy cream, one tablespoon of MCT oil (for energy), and one scoop of grass fed collagen (for a little added protein, 10g). 


This is used for a pre workout on lifting days and on non-lifting days I drink this then try and fast until at least 9 before having a full meal.
