School days…

To all the mamas out there feeling that overwhelm of the school year settling upon you (I didn’t even know this existed until a few days ago), don’t forget to take time for you. A healthy, home cooked meal or a quick walk (alone) is all you need to keep that feeling of overwhelm at bay. Be kind to yourself and don’t feel you have to dive in head first and tackle all the things right this second! Sticking your toe in to test the waters (whether it be into fitness or anything else) is the smart choice and will always leave you with more of a feeling of calm and a ” I can do this” attitude.
