Stephanie is great. I’ve had a personal trainer before, the kind that works for the gym you belong to, and this is such a different experience. Although we don’t meet in person, I actually feel like she’s always there, ready to advise on an issue, or help me work through a mind block. I like the app she uses for the training itself too. There is a video for each exercise, so you know how to do it-way better than trying to learn from a book. She even modified my schedule, from 4 sets of exercises down to 3 sets, because I asked! She can’t do the work for you, but if you’re willing to work with her and stick with it, she will help you get where you want to be.
